Over the past decade of being a nutritional therapist helping thousands of people to achieve their health goals I noticed a HUGE, recurring problem. Almost everyone I have met has no idea why they are tired all the time and literally don’t know what to do about it. They think that if they eat well and workout more they will feel better. But this just makes them feel worse!
Yes they eat healthy but they tend to skip meals.
Yes they sleep at night but it’s not restful - it’s often not deep and always interrupted
Yes they exercise but often doing the wrong things
AND they rely on caffeine and stimulants to keep them going but this in the long term doesn’t give them energy and they are still exhausted all the time.

I created Get Your Energy Back because I was that person. Four years ago I was walking in the park when suddenly I felt really dizzy and collapsed to the ground. I climbed into bed and basically stayed there for three years. I couldn’t move, I could barely talk and at my worst I couldn't even lift my head off the pillow. I went to the doctors for help but my results came back normal and was shrugged off and given anti depressants.
Bewildered and alone I did what anyone would do in that situation and healed myself. After ALOT of reading, symptom checking and private tests I realised that I had developed a condition called Adrenal Fatigue aka burnout.
It took me four years to recover and get my feet back on the ground and BOY WAS IT HARD! Literally it has been the hardest thing Ive ever had to do.
